Payment Instruction

You tried to purchase cigarettes on our site, but you did not finish the payment. We suggest you to enter your account and follow our instructions:

1. After you choose the cigarettes, please click the button “Buy now”.

2. You will be forwarded to Shopping Cart (here you can see your order and price). Push the button “Checkout”.

3. You will be directed to Billing/Shipping Page. After you fill all fields with your personal information (name, address, e-mail),please push "Proceed" button and you will be transferred to Confirmation Page.

4. Then please click on “Continue” and you will be forwarded to Order Details Page. Please choose the payment option which fits you.


If you wish to pay with a credit card, then please choose Alertpay or Credit Card buttons.
If you wish to pay with e-check, please choose ACH option.
If you wish to make a Western Union transfer, please choose WU option.


To pay through Alertpay, please choose Alertpay payment option. To pay your Order you must create an ALERTPAY ACCOUNT or login if you have an existing one.

To make the transfer to pay for the order:

After you placed money to your AlertPay account, now you can pay for your order.
To do this, please follow our instructions:

1. In the payment page, please select and click “Pay by Credit Card” or “Pay using AlertPay”
2. Log into your AlertPay account
3. Please select “Send Money”
4. Please fill in the necessary information step by step to pay for the order.

5. Please write your order number in Notes and insert your PIN code to make the last step to pay for the order.

After the order is paid you receive an automatically letter, that will inform that your order is accepted. Please note-sometimes letters may come to spam box. Don’t forget to check it!
After we receive the money for your order, we can ship it.

To pay through Credit Card, please click the button “ Pay by Credit Card payment option”
You will be transferred to the payment page. Please fill in all the necessary fields. Please write your credit card details and shipping information. After please click “process”.


To pay through ACH, you need to have a banking account, routing number and should indicate the type of account. After please push the button “Send information”. Please note the validation period for ACH transactions may take from 5-10 business days.
